Book an Appointment

Welcome to the appointment booking website for the Student Disability Services (SDS). When booking through SDS Connect, please be prepared for a Zoom meeting with your SDS team member. The SDS team member will send you a Zoom link to your SDSU student email address prior to the meeting start time. If you would prefer a phone or in-person appointment, or if you have an accessibility request for the appointment, please email sds@sdsu.edu after booking your appointment.

You can use this website to:

• Book a general SDS appointment with a Counselor
• Book an appointment with a TRiO Advisor (must be active with TRiO)
• Check your upcoming scheduled appointments and exams
• Submit comments, questions, and suggestions to SDS

Please click the Schedule an appointment link in the menu in order to get started. You will be asked to login using your school login account once you are ready to book your appointment.
